New smart Helpdesk on the way for better support availability.

We are replacing our current helpdesk with a more modern and user-friendly system. Look forward to the award-winning Zoho Desk!

You actually do not have to wait in excitement for too long. All our customers will receive an invitation to the new helpdesk in early April.

Zoho Desk is part of the business software called Zoho One, which we already have good experience with. Our purpose with Zoho Desk is to be able to offer good support availability across multiple channels, ensure a short response time to all tickets and more easily manage the overall customer experience.

We have already had two of our customers test the system and it has yielded positive results. The system is praised for being comfortable to work in, easy to navigate around and have a refreshing design.

With our new helpdesk, you have the opportunity to create tickets and requests, chat directly with us as well as easily give us feedback using the classic smiley system, so we know what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
