PEPPOL & eDelivery Specialist – international e-invoicing infrastructure

About the role

We're looking for a part-time PEPPOL & eDelivery Specialist with practical experience in PEPPOL infrastructure, OpenPeppol requirements, and international electronic document exchange.

You'll help maintain and further develop our PEPPOL and eDelivery infrastructure, including our PEPPOL Access Point, SMP-related services, certificates, monitoring, documentation, and compliance. You will work directly with technical standards such as BIS Billing and EN 16931 while also helping us test and integrate with international partners and respond to changes within the wider PEPPOL ecosystem.

You'll work closely with developers and technical colleagues while taking ownership of specialist areas within our international PEPPOL setup.

  • Structured approach to problem solving
  • Able to work with colleagues and being inquisitive when you need help
  • Fluent in English - Danish isn't a necessity, but a plus

What you'll be doing

  • Work with PEPPOL and eDelivery infrastructure
  • Maintain and troubleshoot SMP-related services and interactions with the SML
  • Manage PEPPOL certificates and certificate renewals
  • Work with OpenPeppol specifications, requirements, and updates
  • Support BIS Billing and EN 16931 implementations
  • Work with MLR and other relevant PEPPOL document flows
  • Test integrations
  • Help investigate and resolve PEPPOL and eDelivery incidents
  • Participate in the implementation of new international e-invoicing and eDelivery initiatives
